SMS first, with email too
SMS is the primary channel because it reaches every mobile phone regardless of make or model, with no app to install. Email is also available as a channel, so leaders can choose the right medium for each message.
Automatic least-cost routing — emojis alone can double your cost
A plain text fits 160 characters per SMS segment. Add a single emoji and that drops to 70 — so the same message splits into roughly twice as many billed segments, doubling the cost. Long messages add up fast too: a 500-character announcement is about four segments per recipient, so to 100 members that is 400 billed segments. Connect Saints automatically sends a message like that as one cost-effective MMS instead — about 100 messages, not 400 — often a fraction of the price. It picks whichever route is cheaper for each message, and you can always override it.

- No. Connect Saints never stores your full credit card number. Payments are processed through a PCI-compliant processor, and only industry-standard authorization tokens are kept for recurring transactions.
